Gray

When I was a child
I saw in black and white.
Everything was obvious
Either wrong or right.
No arguments, no pros and cons
Choices were precise.
Pure and joyous clarity
Gave me a simple life.
So I grew and learned to face the world
Living life that way.
And now I feel so unprepared
'Cause black and white turned gray.
My unfaltereing vision failed
Focus left my eyes.
Where choices were once obvious
I can't tell wrong from right.
Because today I'm a teenager
And nothing's quite so clear.
I'm seeing through an adult's eyes
A child's biggest fear.

Its moments like this when I reflect and feel disappointed in myself for allowing my once self-righteous self to fade into a mere shadow.

Anyway, this afternoon was well spent with yen, in burger king studying and catching up.
I got a disco notebook frm tht woman! haha she surprised me with it :)
and I bought her a pink pen in return to add colors to her life but i cldnt find a way to put it in her bag without her noticing! so i walked her to e cab and left it on e frnt seat so she wldnt see then msged her lol and the uncle thought it was meant for him!

Yesterday was an uber great day as well.
training was real fun! qt relaxing actually! haha i did a few good throws :D
i could see coach was qt shocked hahaha she kept asking me wht happened!
but Im happy i did well anw :)
and dodgeball was DAMN FUN!
hahaha i think i was a great captain woohoo! i love hitting people and knocking them out!
ok lahh bt my team rocked.we won! -beams :D
then dinner with huis eil jes mui kar and dor.
crystal jade received 7 orders of plain congee haha.
its really good lahh.

Okay anyway. I've decided that when Im older, I want to fly to Africa to help out the poor there.
yeah i know there's only so many people i can help, but i still want to do my part.
Its like the 15 million dollar question someone and i once talked about.
What would you do if you had 15million dollars.
Two different answers and two different point of views.
I know that no matter how much money I give out, there's still going to be millions of poor people out there suffering. But even if i can't help them all, even if I just managed to help one,
at least I made one person's life that much better.
Everyone needs a little love now and then.
Its seriously lacking in our world today, everyone's so caught up in their own lives, no one really cares anymore.

Sometimes all it takes is just a little of your time to make a difference in another's life.
