MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYBODY!

Although I tend to detest this festive season,
I figured that it would only be polite to bestow this greeting upon all of you (:

So my christmas morning was spent in a rather weird way.
Let's not go into christmas eve, because I have no wish of recalling all the physical and mental anguish that I was put through!
Right, so back to christmas itself.
Attended midnight mass for the first time ever,
and had to put up with Daryl's most inapt displays of affection for his beloved Vanessa.
note: Forementioned names are NOT the ones from my class, if you happened to think tht way haha.

Afterwhich, I met Wanj at the prata house with mark, whereby I consumed my prata in RECORD TIME I'm telling you. Sheesh I've never had such a pathetic meal. Ah well but thank goodness Mark paid for my misery and so that lame meal was free :D Then, Tim came and fetched us all down to PS to catch Night At the Musuem(?), which I thought was a scary show but was actually quite funny I guess.
Best line of the night would be "You dumb dumb, give me gum gum."
NO FIGHT THERE !
After the show, Mark decided he was hungry so we headed down to East Coast and had Macs breakfast, followed by intensive games of bridge (yay I won like many many times cos I'm the master! :D), daidee and banlut (WHICH I TOTALLY HATE COS I LOST ALL MY MONEY WTH). At 7am in the morning, we decided we were kinda sleepy and so Tim proceeded to send us all home. However, Mark and Wanj got this great idea to have tau hwey, which gave us our second winds, and prompted a follow-up convo on certain issues.
Then it was home, sleep, dinner out with mum and el, shopping, catching up with vince at Crabshack and getting candycanes from funny crabshack guy and then home again :)

So there you go, my pleasant summary of christmas 2006, minus a few unhappy events that will not be mentioned in my recollections.

Oh! And I wanted to mention this really weird train of thought I had just now.

edit: ok i realized it's wrong to put this all in present tense but im too lazy to change it sooo, be forgiving !

- I pick up a book to read while waiting for el to stop hogging the damn comp
-Bladder feels a need to be relieved.
-Debates with myself whether I shld acc go and pee because Ive alr applied moisturizing cream on my feet and pulled on socks.
-Bladder becomes extremely insistent and I lose the debate.
-Heads to the toilet reluctantly and slips on a pair of wooden clogs.
-Treads very very carefully for fear of falling and breaking my spine or smth.
-Feel extremely pissed off due to this sudden weakness of my bladder and the inconvenience it has caused.
-Still feeling upset (while peeing) that my bladder disappointed me.
-Realizes that my pee is actually rather white and pure-looking instead of that 'heaty' yellow we often get.
-Feels happy that my pee looks healthy and exits the toilet feeling much better and happier! (:

AHAHAHAHAH ok end of weird train of thought.
