having this knot of anxiety in my stomach now :(
not good, and I have a feeling there'll be more such knots in the next week.

see, always regretting after something has been done.

yes, and I realize my sentences have been reduced to a level of that of a 5-year-old.

oh dear, really am extremely worried!
need to find something to hide in and feel safe :(
